1. What you are buying
The $999 fee buys one focused AI Workflow Audit for one primary workflow owner, team, or operating area. The standard scope includes a 45-minute interview, a current-state bottleneck summary, prioritized recommendations, stated assumptions, a practical action plan, and a 30-minute review call. A broad company-wide assessment or implementation is not included unless both sides agree to a separate written scope.
2. Payment and scheduling
The $999 fee is due before the interview. Google Calendar collects the payment through its Stripe connection when you book. Complete the pre-call intake after booking. Contact hello@aiworkflow.studio as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
If you sign a directly related Optimize or Automate agreement within 14 calendar days after the Audit review call, that written agreement will show the full $999 Audit fee as a separate credit. Follow-on work always requires its own scope and agreement.
3. Inputs and delivery
You agree to provide accurate process information, a workflow owner who can explain the work, and any needed materials that are safe to share. AI Workflow Studio will deliver the final report within 5 business days after the interview and receipt of the required information. Missing information pauses the delivery clock until those inputs are complete.
4. 30-day, 100% Audit guarantee
This guarantee applies only to the $999 AI Workflow Audit. The 30-calendar-day period starts when the final report is delivered. If you do not believe the completed Audit delivered clear, actionable value, email hello@aiworkflow.studio during that period. No forms. No partial refund. No argument. AI Workflow Studio will initiate a refund of 100% of the amount paid for the Audit to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post the credit.
This guarantee does not promise revenue, cost savings, implementation results, or third-party tool performance. Optimize, Automate, retainers, and other services are governed by their individual scopes and agreements.
5. Advice and implementation boundaries
The Audit is an operating and technology assessment. It is not legal, tax, accounting, employment, medical, compliance, or security-certification advice. The $999 fee does not include custom software, subscriptions, vendor fees, data migration, or production implementation. Any later Optimize or Automate work requires a separate written scope.
6. Information and recording
Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card data, protected health information, identity documents, or other information the Audit does not need. The intake asks for data categories and boundaries instead of protected records. You may decline recording; in that case, the interview uses structured notes and verbal confirmation of key facts.
